Founded by David Lonergan in 2017, Framework emerged from a deep understanding and passion for the architectural glazing industry and a recognition of shortcomings with the recruitment model.
With over a decade of experience at Cantifix, David was well positioned to identify the unique challenges and inefficiencies within the sector, and offer real solutions for the future.
It was clear early on that recruitment was and has been driven by an insatiable need to close the sale, even if it means sacrificing service and authenticity to do so. It became evident that many recruiters lacked the dedication and insight necessary to truly understand and meet the industry’s specific needs and to do so while focussing on delivering great service.
This realisation fuelled David’s vision to create a company that not only addresses these inefficiencies but also sets a new standard for recruitment and consultancy services for the industry.
