Document Controller

Our client is a growing aluminium architectural glass manufacturer and supplier. The Document Controller will be managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring proper filing, indexing, and accessibility. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documentation.
  • Ensure documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain document control systems and procedures.
  • Track and manage document revisions and updates.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents to project teams and clients.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and project documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in document control or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and file management skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
