BIM Coordinator

Our client is a specialist in commercial architectural glass design. The BIM Coordinator oversees the development and implementation of BIM processes, ensuring models meet client and industry standards. This role requires proficiency in BIM software, strong organisational skills, and the ability to train and support staff in BIM practices.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
  • Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM into project workflows.
  • Ensure BIM models meet client and industry standards.
  • Train staff on BIM tools and techniques.
  • Manage and maintain BIM data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve BIM-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM developments and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in BIM coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
