Our client is a specialist large-scale fabricator with over 45 years experience of supplying high-performance aluminium windows & doors, in London and the Southeast areas. The Sales Manager will be leading and managing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a deep understanding of the architectural glazing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
- Ensure the sales team is well-trained and equipped to meet objectives.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
