Our client are a London based architectural glazing company specialising in bespoke glass design, manufacture and installation for high end residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and product information to customers over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable glazing solutions, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Manage and log customer enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and support the development of sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, competitor offerings and Maxlight’s own services and values to effectively communicate Maxlight’s value proposition to customers.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of performance at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a customer-facing role within the construction, architectural, or glazing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
