Order Processor

Our client is a highly respected home improvement specialist providing a range of aluminium glazing solutions to residential clients. The Order Processor will be managing the processing of orders for glazing products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for glazing products and materials from clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure all order details are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update clients on the status of their orders and handle any inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in order processing or administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and order processing software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
